The new LGT Crestone Lombard Loan

Designed to provide you with greater financial flexibility, consolidated reporting with the convenience of dealing with a single provider.

In the coming weeks we will be introducing a new margin lending service to help streamline your portfolio gearing. We will be looking to transition you from your margin loan to a new LGT Crestone Lombard Facility. Importantly, your existing provider has provided notice that from 16 November 2022, it will no longer administer the current margin lending services for LGT Crestone clients.

What you need to do

Your adviser will be in touch with documentation required to move your current loan, along with the terms and conditions of the new LGT Crestone Lombard Facility. Provided you accept the new LGT Crestone terms and provide us with your authorisation we will be able to establish your new Lombard Facility account.

If you don't want to open a new LGT Crestone Lombard Facility, please let your adviser know as soon as possible. We will then consider the available options with you and make the agreed arrangements with your existing lender.
