LGT Crestone Plus. Anthropic Series F Financing.

Once in a while, we see opportunities to invest in fast-growing companies like Anthropic.

We are pleased to present an opportunity from Potentum Partners to invest in Anthropic. Anthropic is a US-based AI company that provides large language models (LLMs) to enterprises. Anthropic has partnered with some of the largest enterprise customers such as Amazon and Google.

Once in a while, we see opportunities to invest in fast-growing companies like Anthropic. We have been shown this opportunity by Potentum Partners who will invest in the Series F round via Lightspeed Venture Partners. In order to secure an allocation, Potentum is participating in the pre-empt process which may close at any time. In order to position for an allocation, we ask that you return the executed letter as quickly as possible. Books may close quickly without notice to you and it will be on a first come, first serve basis. The final valuation will be determined at the end of the Series F raise, Potentum estimates this to be ~US$150bn.

There are various limitations associated with the use of credit ratings. For example, they do not directly address any risk other than credit risk, are based on information which may be unaudited, incomplete or misleading and are inherently forward-looking and include assumptions and predictions about future events. Credit ratings should not be considered statements of fact nor recommendations to buy, hold, or sell any financial product or make any other investment decisions.
