We've updated our documents to reflect our new corporate branding and enhanced fee disclosure obligations.
We have updated some of the information contained in our client documentation to reflect changes to our corporate branding and to comply with the enhanced fee disclosure obligations as required by the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). A summary of the changes made to each document is contained below. We advise that you take the time to read each document.
We note that the update to the LGT Crestone Client Documents does not result in any change in your rights and obligations under your existing arrangements with us, or expand, modify or otherwise alter the nature of your relationship with us.

Account Terms and Conditions | Following the appointment of FinClear Execution Ltd as the new Service Provider for execution, clearing and settlement in domestic listed securities for Broker Sponsored and Issuer Sponsored accounts, we no longer act as the Controlling Participant for Broker Sponsored accounts. Consequently, Schedule 1 (‘Explanation of the Sponsorship Terms’) and Schedule 2 (‘Sponsorship Terms’) have been removed. Section 5 (‘Administration and Reporting Terms’) has been inserted to provide you with information regarding our administration and reporting services. |
