Todd joined the firm in June 2017. In his current role he is responsible for global equities investment and advice. This involves procuring our recommended lists and ensuring that clients’ domestic and global equity exposures are in accordance with their requirements.
Todd began his career over 15 years ago as an analyst with National Australia Bank covering high yield equities, fixed income and more exotic instruments, such as collateralised debt obligations.
In 2004, he moved to the institutional sales desk at UBS covering middle-market accounts before moving to Hong Kong where he covered some of Asia’s biggest fund managers.
In 2007, Todd moved to Bank of America Merrill Lynch in a specialist equities sales role covering global accounts—firstly out of Hong Kong and then New York. In this role, he touched the full array of asset management and investment banking, advising corporates on capital raising activities (both primary and secondary), as well as advising clients on investment opportunities.
In both Hong Kong and New York, he was rated number one salesperson, both internally and externally, by a variety of surveys. Upon his return to Australia in 2014, Todd took a double degree in Mathematics and Commerce, and joined a family office where he was responsible for its global equities portfolio.
