Scott Haslem

Scott Haslem leads the Chief Investment Office at Crestone Wealth management, covering strategic and tactical asset allocation, portfolio construction and manager selection across equities, fixed income and alternative assets. Prior to joining the firm, Scott was most recently Managing Director and Chief Economist, Head of Macro Research for Australia and New Zealand at UBS.

Kevin Wan Lum

Before his role with the firm, Kevin Wan Lum worked at LGIAsuper, leading the investment team most recently as Deputy CIO. He was responsible for the oversight of the fund’s investment performance and strategy across the full range of risk profiles and its ESG integration and sustainability goals. Mr Wan Lum held several portfolio manager roles at Ibbotson Associates, Antipodean Capital Management and QIC, focusing on domestic and global equities, multimanager models and portfolio construction.

Todd Hoare

Todd joined the firm in June 2017. In his current role he is responsible for global equities investment and advice. This involves procuring our recommended lists and ensuring that clients’ domestic and global equity exposures are in accordance with their requirements. Todd began his career over 15 years ago as an analyst with National Australia Bank covering high yield equities, fixed income and more exotic instruments, such as collateralised debt obligations.

Amanda MacDonald

Amanda joined the firm with over 14 years’ experience in the investment industry with a focus on ESG. She has a demonstrated history in providing strategic advice to clients, particularly in relation to ESG integration, engagement and shareholder activism and embedding these approaches throughout clients’ portfolios. Amanda worked at Perpetual Private in Sydney as an Investment Director, providing strategic wealth advice to Not for Profit clients across Perpetual’s wealth business.

Martin Randall

Martin Randall is responsible for delivering and maintaining our investment offering across hedge funds, private equity and real assets. Engaging with local and global alternative asset firms, Martin’s focus is to source, perform due diligence and structure alternative investment solutions for our client base. He is also a member of the Investment Committee and further supports the firm’s investment offering across separately managed accounts, impact investments and structured products.
